Managing $995 million in assets on behalf of 71,000 members often means finding efficiencies to do more with less, a challenge many credit unions face. For example, the IT team at Bay Federal Credit Union is charged with managing all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including issues related to cybersecurity and compliance.
