CU*Answers partnered with Fortress Plus to provide financialcrime risk management systems to credit unions. The newrelationship paves the way for deep integration to support embeddeddecisioning for fraud prevention.

The new agreement follows the two organizations’ recentpartnership enabling AuditLink, the audit and compliance divisionof Grand Rapids, Mich.-based CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-ownedcore data processor. The CUSO plans to use Rampart, the FortressPlus system, to provide comprehensive fraud management and preventionservices. The combined method enables CU*Answers to bring afinancial crime risk management system as both user and provider ofthe technology thereby enabling a greater level of service.
