The $164 million Alta Vista Credit Union in Redlands, Calif., promoted David Justice (pictured) to EVP. Justice has been the vice president of lending at Alta Vista since 2015 where he oversaw lending, collections and marketing. Justice brings more than 15 years of financial services experience and a wealth of knowledge to his new role. He has served in a variety of capacities in the credit union industry, with many years in leadership positions.
