The Ontario, Calif.-based lending CUSO CU Direct has teamed upwith PSCU to allow the St. Petersburg, Fla.-based CUSO to integrateCU Direct's Lending 360 Loan Origination System within its TotalMember Care Contact Centers, the two parties announcedWednesday.

Lending 360 will be used in conjunction with PSCU's customizedcontact center support and can also be integrated with a creditunion's in-house platform. It supports integration with multiplethird parties, including indirect lending and home bankingplatforms, and uses credit unions' existing rules, rates andlending criteria, supporting loan application processing activityacross all consumer lending channels, the companies said.

PSCU said the deal will enable it to enhance the scope of itssuite of products and services, while providing its owner creditunions and their members with leading edge technology in aneasy-to-use lending platform designed to fully support consumerloan and account opening applications.

Boutelle first announced the partnership at the CU Direct DRiVE 16 conferenceTuesday.
