credit union executive movesThe $181 million First Financial Federal Credit Union based in Wall Township, N.J., promoted Jessica Lombardi to branch manager. In her new role, Lombardi is responsible for managing the day to day activities at First Financial’s Neptune branch, as well as business development, attending community events, increasing the loan and deposit base, and the general overall success of the branch.


The $580 million Clark County Credit Union in Las Vegas promoted two managers to vice president roles. Shannon Dufore was promoted to vice president of operations and will oversee back office operations and facilities. She brings more than 20 years of credit union experience to her position. Matt Becker was promoted to vice president of information systems. Becker will oversee information and technology functions and supervise department staff. Becker brings more than a decade of IT and finance experience to the position.

Mark Moore, the 26-year president/CEO for the $121 million Members 1st Credit Union in Redding, Calif., retired effective Jan. 31, 2016. When Moore took over as CEO in 1992, the office was located in a warehouse, with six employees and $12 million in assets. Today, Members 1st has five locations and 56 employees. He is succeeded by Teri Vanderpol who previously served as CFO. Vanderpol began her career with Members 1st in 1993 and has served in a number of positions throughout the credit union before becoming president/CEO. Also, Judi Bartholomew was promoted to executive vice president. Bartholomew began her career with Members 1st in 2001, serving as branch manager.
