This year, Holy Rosary Credit Union's Christmas Caring campaign helped some 16 local non-profit organizations continue doing good work.

During the past three weeks, the $217 million credit union based in Rochester, N.H., donated a total of $25,000 to area charitable giving programs. The most recent recipients included Spaulding High School Raider Station Student Pantry, Hope on Haven Hill, the St. Elizabeth Seton School, Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, and the Somersworth SHARE Fund.

"We were blessed again this year to be able to recognize these outstanding organizations who make a difference right here in our own community," Brian Hughes, president/CEO HRCU said.
