Cardtek, a Chicago-based fintech software developer, hasintroduced a new card issuance platform called CHIPXpert –Issuance, which the company said offers financial institutions afaster, cheaper option for chip-enabled card printing.

According to Cardtek, CHIPXpert – Issuance evolved out of anexisting product, Palmaris, which is designed to assist financialinstitutions with the EMVmigration. The company said the new solution is not only easyto integrate into existing systems, but can be installed in oneclick, and incorporates various requirements for instant cardissuance and printing services in a single software application.Due to the speed of the installation process, CHIPXpert – Issuanceis an efficient alternative to other solutions that require weeks'worth of labor to set up, Cardtek said.
