TDECU has proved that family never forgets special occasions.
The $2.6 billion credit union based in Lake Jackson, Texas may be celebrating its 60th Anniversary but took time to shine a spotlight on longtime credit union member D.C. Passons.
When Passons, a member since 1965, made his regular stop into TDECU's Pasadena Center Street Member Center he was greeted with applause and a rousing chorus of Happy Birthday. TDECU Member Center Champion Sharon Jones also presented Passons with a cake to not only mark his 76th birthday, but also to thank him for being a special part of the TDECU family.

Earlier this month as part of the 60th Anniversary celebration TDECU teamed up with Buc-ee's stations to help members save at the gas pump. Beginning August 1, each time a TDECU credit card is used at the Buc-ee's to fill-up at the pump, members will save 15 cents off each gallon of gas.
