CU Direct, the nation's largest indirect auto lending platform provider, announced that five credit unions won its Best Practices Awards for 2015.

The nationwide lending CUSO presented the honors during a May 22 award luncheon that it hosted during its DRiVE '15 Lending and Marketing Conference held in Las Vegas.

The organization recognized three cooperatives for business development, portfolio management and marketing to members, along with two cooperatives that won Diamond Awards for overall excellence and success in the lending marketplace.

The $358 million, 36,000-member Alliance Credit Union, headquartered in San Jose, Calif., won the Best Practice Award for Business Development. The $312.9 million, 31,000-member Jax Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., won the Best Practice award for Portfolio Management, and the $207 billion, 915,000-member Centris Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Omaha, Neb., won the Best Practice for Marketing to Members Award.

The $2.07 billion, 143,000-member Summit Credit Union, headquartered in Madison, Wis., and the $8.3 billion, 915,000-member Security Service Federal Credit Union, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, won the Diamond Awards.
