Despite a snowstorm that left much of Washington icy and snowed under, the 114th Congress nevertheless reconvened Tuesday.
On hand at the Capitol were business development representatives from the $783 million Congressional FCU. Congresional Federal, headquartered in Oakton, Va., has served congressional employees and elected officials for more than 60 years, and has a branch in the Capitol.
