AUSTIN, Texas — Shari Storm of 6th Story shared with CUWater Cooler Symposium attendees Thursday that being a better bosshas roots in fun.
“People will do what they like first, best, and most. It'swhat's fun that gets done,” Storm said. “People will not do whatthey don't like doing very well for very long.”
She advised credit union executives to identify the things thatemployees like doing and do well by asking them, be more empatheticto people's natural tendencies and to create opportunites tocelebrate beyond just successes.
