Filene Research Institute and the University of Toronto have teamed up to tackle credit union board recruitment and retention, but Filene said the think tank needs help.
Credit unions in the United States have been invited to complete a survey on how they address board turnover and composition. Responses are due Sept. 17.
The current project builds on past Filene board renewal work from 2012 and 2010. Survey data collected will be used in an upcoming Filene report that explores effective board recruitment/retention trends and best practices.
