The $26 million Generations Credit Union in Olympia, Wash.,has hired a regional banker and former credit union examiner as itsnew president/CEO.
William Paulen has held a number of financial industrypositions, most recently as AmericanWest Bank's market manager forSnohomish County, and also had been a financial examiner for theDepartment of Financial Institution's Division of Credit Unions in Washington state, his new employersaid.
|Paulen succeeds Maurice Green, who served as interim CEO for about a year and now has returned tohis former position as finance manager at the 3,700-memberGenerations, the credit union said.
