Akcelerant said it has signed three more credit unions as users of its loan origination and collections software solutions.
The Malvern, Pa.-based software provider said the $968 million FORUM Credit Union in Indianapolis, has signed up for the company's lending technology while the $1 billion Altra Federal Credit Union in Onalaska, Wis., and the $927 million Philadelphia Federal Credit Union committed to the Akcelerant Framework collections solution, the company said.
"We were impressed with the real-time refresh and workflow capability, but we were really excited about the integration with third-party providers. We anticipate a substantial improvement to our efficiency from being able to host all of our activities on one platform," said Jeannie Bakewell, manager of credit services at Altra.

Meanwhile, PFCU cited sequenced workflow and rule authoring capabilities that could reduce manual effort in the short-term and be continuously adjusted as processes and laws changed, Akcelerant said in its announcements.
FORUM said it has used Akcelerant's collections software since 2005 and cited decisioning, rules engine and multi-channel delivery in its decision to go with the company's LOS.
Akcelerant, which now claims a client list of more than 500 financial institutions, said the signings bring to 20 the number of new customers in the first half of this year and that it now has more than 60% of the market share for its solutions among credit unions of $1 billion in assets or more.
