Oak Tree Systems, a Big Bear Lake, Calif.-based credit union form vendor, announced the death of its founder, Clyde Coxey. The 81-year-old passed away March 24.

Coxey and his wife Caryl established Oak Tree in 1985. He led the company until his retirement in 2001.

He was born and raised is Bessemer, Mich., served in the U.S. Navy, and graduated with a degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Survivors include his wife, daughter Cathy Jo Coxey Lindquist and three grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 in Big Bear Lake.
