Even though nearly eight in 10 Americans feel the nation's bigbanks are to blame for the financial crisis of 2008, most would notswitch to a credit union or community bank.

That's according the Consumer Banking Insights Study, an onlineHarris poll of more than 1,000 U.S. adults and commissioned by morethan 200 community banks and credit unions in partnership withKasasa, a national brand of rewards checking and savingaccounts.

Seventy-one percent of the respondents said they believe bigbanks haven't made up for their role in the financial crisis. Amongmegabank customers, 26% said they sometimes feel guilty for doingbusiness with a big bank.
