The $1.8 billion Robins Federal Credit Union held a blood drive on Jan. 15 at its office in Warner Robins, Ga., and came up with 29 pints of the precious fluid from employees and members. The American Red Cross says each unit can save up to three lives, so 87 lives were potentially saved by the credit union's efforts, aimed at helping meet a critical need at Georgia hospitals.
