The $57 million, 8,600-member Ascension Credit Union inGonzales, La., plans to convert its core processing this year tothe iPower platform from EPL Inc. of Birmingham, Ala., the CUSO andcredit union said.
|The conversion is scheduled for June 1 and brings EPL'sclient count to 85, the CUSO said.
|The contract calls for daily data operations to be outsourced to EPL, including onto a shared branching networkthrough CUePassport that will add 3,500 locations to the Louisianacredit union's two branches.
|Online and mobile banking, including remote deposit checking,along with relationship management and marketing tools, will alsobe part of the package.
|Ascension currently runs on the Fiserv CUSA core processingsystem, according to data from Callahan & Associates.
