Horsetail Technologies of Baltimore has become a silver benefactor of the Filene Research Institute in Madison, Wis.
Horsetail provides managed services, solutions integration and cloud management to credit unions, the company said.
“As part of its silver-level benefactor relationship, Horsetail is also working with Filene's i3 teams to give them the technology tools and support to bring their innovation ideas to life,” the credit union think tank said in its announcement.
“Horsetail's mission of enabling credit unions to proactively manage their IT in an uncertain regulatory environment resonates with Filene's mission of helping credit unions prepare for and adapt to rapidly changing economic, legal and social environments,” said Mollie Bell, Filene's chief engagement officer.
“We need to stay on the bleeding edge of credit union needs, and Filene was the obvious partner. Their passion to research new topics and issues, using credit union leaders to aid in the research and development of new ideas, fit hand and glove with Horsetail,” said Chris Sachse, principal and cofounder at Horsetail.
According to Filene's website, the silver benefactor level requires a commitment of $24,999 annually.
