The $375 million ProFed Federal Credit Union in Fort Wayne, Ind., recently honored retired teacher Robert R. Love for 50 years of service to the 46,200-member credit union.
Love, who taught French and English for 37 years at DeKalb Central High School, began his service in 1963 on the credit committee of the former DeKalb County Schools Employees FCU and joined the board a year later, ProFed FCU said.
He joined the board of ProFed FCU when it merged the schools credit union in 1991 and currently serves as chairman of the supervisory committee, ProFed said.
