The deadline is July 15 for credit unions to participate in a national online survey of employee and executive compensation and benefits being conducted by Covina, Calif.-based Executive Compensation Solutions.

“Survey participation is in full force and we have seen a positive number of respondents so far, but we are always driving to get more participants”, said Erin Tuckerman, the company's director of marketing. “More participating credit unions only adds to the value of the information and knowledge we are able to share with the credit union movement.”

This marks the 10th year that Executive Compensation Solutions will provide credit unions and their boards with a resource to assist in their decision making process, the company said. The survey provides statistical and peer group data that can help credit unions develop compensation and benefit plans to attract, retain and reward employees and executives.

For each credit union that participates, the company will make a $10 donation to Credit Unions for Kids.
