More than 50 employees, friends and family members from the $706 million CoastHills Federal Credit Union conquered the steep upper loop at the La Purisima Mission in Lompoc on June 23, raising $10,000 for the Cottage Children’s Hospital in Santa Barbara. This year’s climb was the third for the Lompoc-based credit union and the Santa Barbara hospital, part of the Children’s Miracle Network. The contribution was again matched by CO-OP Financial Services, resulting in a total gift of $20,000. In this photo, CoastHills employees Marc Sexton, left, and Donato Ricci lead family and friends around the upper loop trail at the La Purisima Mission in Lompoc.
