Scient Federal Credit Union, Groton, Conn., announced the addition of Stephen Jacoby, vice president of business development. Jacoby has worked in the financial industry for over 10 years, seven of which were at a credit union in Chicago. He has a proven track record of success in developing strong business development teams that produce high client acquisition. At Scient Federal Credit Union, Jacoby will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with life science organizations, managing the credit union's business development team, and creating and maintaining visibility and awareness.

360 Federal Credit Union, Windsor Locks, Conn., announced the promotion of Peter Skinner to strategic operations manager. Along with retaining responsibility for the Route 75 Branch and 360FCU's in-house call center, Skinner will be responsible for recommending and delivering innovative solutions to improve service delivery to members and employees. This position will also lead and assist in the implementation of cross-functional or organization related projects and initiatives. Skinner  began his career with 360FCU in 2001 as a seasonal teller.  He was promoted to a member service representative in 2004, assistant branch manager in October of 2005, and branch manager in January of 2007. He attended Hobart and William Smith College in New York and University of Hartford.
