The $1.3 billion, 146,800-member Royal Credit Union in EauClaire, Wis., has named Missy Kostman to the new position of vicepresident of branch operations.

Kostman, who joined RCU as an assistant branch manager at itsWoodward office in 1998, will oversee consumer deposit services,the call center and all branch operations for the EauClaire, St. Croix Valley and Minnesota regions, thecredit union said. She was promoted from regional director ofbranch operations.

RCU said it also has named Linda Putnam and Anita Soley asregional directors of branch operations.
