In a case going back to 2008, Evangelical Christian Credit Union has entered another round offoreclosure proceedings against one of Florida's largestchurches.

The Lakeland, Fla.-based Without Walls International Churchinitially went into foreclosure in 2008 owing Evangelical ChristianCU $13.9 million, which was due in September 2012, the Ledger.com reported. In 2009, it approved a mortgagemodification for the church.

The $1.1 billion Evangelical Christian in Brea, Calif., thenmoved forward with its foreclosure proceedings against the churchlast October. After filing a request for documents on May 21, ahearing is set to take place in September.
