The $2.4 billion Michigan State University Federal Credit Union has launched ane-alert service that provides notifications by email or text aimedat keeping its 171,000 members informed and more safe.
The service was developed in-house and includes general alertssuch as financial tips, rate changes and events, andaccount-specific alerts such as balance and cleared checknotifications and loan payment reminders.
To promote the contest, East Lansing-based MSUFCU – the largest of university-based credit unions – is holding a “text to win”contest with an iPad Mini as the top prize.
