Pawtucket Credit Union, Pawtucket, R.I., announced that Melinda S. Gaudreau has been promoted to the position of vice president of branch administration.  She has over 24 years of experience at the credit union, most recently as assistant vice president of branch administration. Gaudreau's responsibilities include ensuring the efficient delivery of PCU products and services throughout the credit union's branch network, overseeing the daily operations and allocation of personnel resources at all branch locations and ensuring that PCU's sales and service standards are consistently adhered to.  She is a graduate of Bryant College with a bachelor's degree in business administration. In addition, the credit union promoted Idela M. Wilson to assistant vice president of call center operations. She has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with the credit union for the past 12 years, most recently serving as call center manager. Wilson's responsibilities include overseeing the operation, adherence to regulatory compliance and employee development of PCU's call center. She is currently attending Providence Bible Institute. 

Workers' Credit Union, Fitchburg, Mass., has promoted three employees to assistant branch managers. Marcia L. Levesque  was promoted to assistant branch manager for the credit union's Acton office. She was previously a member service lending representative in the member information center in Lunenburg. Jennifer L. Delisle was promoted to assistant branch manager for the credit union's Chelmsford office. She joined the credit union 14 years ago and was most recently a financial service representative at the Lunenburg branch. Agnes M. Gordon was promoted to assistant branch manager for the credit union's Townsend office. She joined the credit union four years ago as a financial service representative in the Fitchburg office.

Security Service Federal Credit Union, San Antonio, announced the selection of Ruby Mata to branch manager of its Highland Hills location.  In her new position, she will be responsible for the overall operation of the branch, including cash operations, member service and facility maintenance.  Mata has some 18 years of experience in the financial services industry.  She joined SSFCU as a member records clerk in 1995 and has since held positions of increased responsibility, most recently serving as branch manager of the credit union's 410/Rigsby location.

Atlanta Postal Credit Union, Atlanta, announced that Laura A. Gober has been promoted to the office of vice president of enterprise risk management for APCU. Gober, who began working for the credit union as compliance officer in 2007, has a 19-year career in the financial services industry specializing in regulatory compliance, risk assessment and mitigation, and third party vendor relationship management. 

MIDWEST

Hopewell Federal Credit Union, Heath, Ohio, announced the hiring of four new team members.  Rachel Russell, Samantha Altman, Lyndsay Heminger and Bobbi Jo Hall all joined Hopewell Federal as tellers. Russell spent the past three years serving as a sales associate with JCPenney.  A graduate of the Newark Digital Academy in 2010, Russell continued her education with Central Ohio Technical College where she obtained a degree of applied business in accounting.  Altman was previously employed with Park National Bank after graduating from Heath High School in 2005. Heminger was previously employed at Chipotle prior to joining the team at Hopewell Federal.  She is a 2010 graduate from Worthington Christian High School.  Heminger is currently a student at Central Ohio Technical College where she is studying graphic design and radiology science technology. Hall graduated in 1996 from C-TEC in cosmetology.  Previously, she was employed by Giant Eagle and most recently operated a home daycare. 

Indiana Members Credit Union, Indianapolis, announce that Misty Faulkner has been promoted to branch manager at the Center Grove branch. Faulkner has been with IMCU for four years and began in 2008 as a career associate.  She took on a new role as a new accounts representative and loan officer at IMCU's Southside branch in 2011 before being promoted to branch manager.  Faulkner's role includes overseeing and managing daily branch operations as well as serving and assisting members with their financial needs.  Faulkner graduated from Rensselaer Central High School in 2001.  She attended the University of Indianapolis and graduated in 2006 with a bachelor of science in business management. 

Purdue Federal Credit Union, West Lafayette, Ind., has announced the hiring of Jeff Love as account vice president of business development. In his position, A graduate of Purdue University and Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, Love brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience to the credit union.
