Ent Federal Credit Union, Colorado Springs, Colo., announced the promotion of Mary Greenwood to mortgage loan officer. Greenwood has been with Ent for seven years and started as a member service representative. Most recently, she worked as a consumer lending specialist at Ent's Falcon service center. Greenwood has bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
United Federal Credit Union, Reno, Nev., said that Kellie George has been named business development manager. In her new role, George will recruit and qualify corporate members and support community and UFCU activities to ensure the achievement of corporate growth goals. George was direct marketing manager at UFCU, where she created communications plans designed to grow the UFCU brand. George is currently studying business communications at Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz. The credit union also named Jennifer Balkcom as business development manager at United Federal Credit Union in Asheville, N.C. In her new role, Balkcom will recruit and qualify corporate members and support community and UFCU activities to ensure the achievement of corporate growth goals. Balkcom is pursuing a degree in business administration from Blue Ridge Community College in Flat Rock, N.C.
University Federal Credit Union, Austin, Texas, has named Sheila Wojcik as senior vice president, communication and corporate affairs. Most recently, Wojcik was vice president, membership for UFCU. She holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin and a Ph.D. in organizational development from the University of Texas in Austin. Wojcik has served in the executive management capacity at UFCU for 18 years. University FCU also recently named Ellen Simpson vice president, enterprise risk management. Most recently, Simpson was senior manager, assurance services for UFCU. She holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas in Austin. Simpson has served in the senior management capacity for 11 years. The credit union also named Michael Crowl as vice president finance/chief financial officer. Most recently, Crowl was senior manager, finance for UFCU. He holds a BS in finance and MBA both from University of Houston-Clear Lake and is a certified public accountant. Crowl has served in the management capacity at UFCU for four years. And University FCU has appointed Aaron Persons vice president, wealth management. Most recently, Persons was senior manager, investments and insurance services for UFCU. He holds a bachelor of arts in business administration from Millersville University. Persons has served in the management capacity for 15 years.

Wright-Patt Credit Union, Fairborn, Ohio, named Tracy A. Fors as its new vice president of marketing and business development. Fors has more than 20 years of marketing, business development, advertising, public relations and brand management experience. Since joining WPCU in 2007 as director of marketing and business development, Fors developed and produced the nationally-awarded Savings Race, rebranded WPCU's image and value proposition, and increased WPCU's name recognition in the Miami Valley by 13%, among other growth initiatives. She has also helped WPCU win several awards during the past few years, including the BBB of Greater Dayton's Torch Award and awards from both national and state-level credit union leagues for innovation, political inspiration and exuding the credit union philosophy. In addition to receiving her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, Fors recently achieved a master's certificate from the University of Dayton's emerging leader program.

DuPont Community Credit Union, Waynesboro, Va., recently appointed Clark A. Ritchie as associate director for the board of directors. The board selected Ritchie as the second associate director to be appointed by DCCU's board. He has been a member of the credit union since 2003 and is chief deputy commonwealth's attorney for the city of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. Ritchie received a bachelor of arts degree in history and political science from Bridgewater College, and a juris doctorate degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
Keesler Federal Credit Union, Biloxi, Miss., announced that Hilary A. Eisbrenner has joined the credit union as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Eisbrenner holds a master's degree in finance as well as a post-graduate certificate in management information systems and has been in the credit union industry for 22 years. She is a CPA and also has experience in the areas of information technology, ALM, budgeting, accounting/finance and investing.
