The NCUA will provide a free webinar later this month that willaddress accuracy and timeliness issues associated with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and Loan Application Registers.The event will begin at 2 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, Jan. 24;registration is open online.

Experts from NCUA's Office of Consumer Protection and theFederal Reserve Board will address common errors identified in HMDALAR data and submissions, provide tips for preparing and submittingaccurate and timely HMDA LARs, and discuss financial institutionmanagement responsibilities in the HMDA process.
