The $554 million Sb1 Federal Credit Union in Philadelphia isoffering its 31,700 members a new website that sizes itself to meetthe viewing needs of the device used to access it.

The mobile-focused responsive website was designed by L9.com, aVermont CUSO that has worked with Sb1 for more than seven years,and the project was prompted by member surveys that showed thedesire for improved online experiences that better fit mobile andtablet devices.

Sb1 said mobile users had increased from 1.64% of its trafficto 13.81% in the past three years and mobile users currentlyaccount for 15% of new visits to the site.
