The title is “The Future of Regulation and Compliance: What You Need to Know to Successfully Prepare Your Organization.”
The speakers will be:
- Tim Segerson, deputy director of the NCUA's Office of Examination and Insurance.
- Anne Flannery, a New York-based senior partner in the securities enforcement and litigation practice at Morgan Lewis.
- Stuart R. Levine, former CEO of Dale Carnegie & Associates, now author and speaker on strategic planning and leadership development.
The moderator will be Sarah Snell Cooke, publisher/editor of Credit Union Times.
Topics will include supervisory exam guidelines, corporate credit unions, loan participations, member business loans, liquidity rules, and alternative capital. The implications of Dodd-Frank and lessons from regulatory investigations also will be addressed.
