Ten more credit unions signed with Lending Solutions Inc. in the third quarter as users of its contact center services and consulting programs, the Elgin, Ill., company said.
The company said they include the $965 million Capital Communications FCU of Albany, N.Y.; $685 million First Community FCU in Parchment, Mich.; $29 million Kearney FCU in Kearney, Neb.; $43 million Kent CU in Kent, Ohio; $92 million Northwest Resource FCU in Portland, Ore.; $56 million Peoples Advantage FCU in Petersburg, Va.; and the $70 million R-G FCU in Belton, Mo.
“As industry loan volume continues to trend upward, we’re proud that we have been able to assist our clients in reaching and exceeding their lending and member service initiatives,” said LSI CEO Lee Kolquist.
LSI said it currently serves more than 300 financial institutions including credit unions, banks and mortgage lenders.
