Third-grade teacher Chriss Celentano had a nice decision to make: take a check for $10,000 or a new 2013 Chevy Spark. Celentano's name was chosen from more than 5,000 entries received by the $1.4 billion CFE Federal Credit Union in Lake Mary, Fla., in a promotion recently wrapped up with Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC in Orlando.

The promotion also included an end-of-summer “Rubber Meets the Road” sale that netted 54 sales for the dealership and $1.1 million in new loans for CFE. Celentano made the choice during a gathering at his school, Castle Creek Elementary School, part of the Orange County Public School District. He teaches there with his wife and their two children are students.
