Six more credit unions have committed to offering their members mobile remote deposit capture service from Vertifi Software LLC, according to the CUSO of EasCorp in Burlington, Mass.
They are the $1.3 billion CFE FCU of Lake Mary, Fla., the $227 million CME FCU of Columbus, Ohio, the $2.3 billion Mission FCU of San Diego, the $1.3 billion Royal CU of Eau Claire, Wis., the $144 million St. Jean's CU of Lynn, Mass., and the $260 million UNCLE CU of Livermore, Calif.
The DeposZip Mobile service supports both Apple and Android smartphones and tablets and is currently in use at 96 credit unions in 30 states, Vertifi Software said.
The CUSO said more than 2.7 million deposits containing more than 3.2 million items totaling more than $2.1 billion have been deposited through its mobile and PC-based RDC programs since the DeposZip launch in 2008.
