The $311 million Tech Credit Union in Crown Point, Ind., plansto convert to the XP2 account processing platform from Fiserv Inc.,the company and credit union said.

The 40,800-member Tech CU cited advanced technology, integration andfunctionality, including access to relationship data, in itsdecision.

Other solutions to be deployed include the Wisdom financialmanagement, ConvergeIT IVR system and the Integrated Desktopsolution that integrates XP2 and the credit union's debit cardprocessing solution, the company and credit union said.

“Our staff will have improved access to all member relationshipsas well as the ability to better analyze member data to offerrelevant products and services.” said Mike Hussey, Tech CU'sCEO.

The credit union currently runs on a Fiserv CUBE core processingplatform, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan &Associates. There now are about 220 credit unions using XP2.
