The $4.9 billion Citizens Equity First Credit Union in Peoria,Ill., has picked Document Express Inc. of Palatine, Ill., toprovide document preparation services, the company and credit unionsaid.
DX said its EliteDocs platform will fully integratewith CEFCU's lending software, and the credit union cited ease ofuse, compliance guarantees and the ability to maximize its lendingoutput as reasons for choosing the solution over three competitorsit also reviewed.
“DX's EliteDocs software will allow us tostreamline our mortgage process which will improve efficiency,”said Sara Blackburn, head of First Mortgage Operations atCEFCU.
