Micale had been CFO at the $1.2 billion Public Service Employees Credit Union in Denver since 2005 and will be responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning and treasury functions at the 231,000-member SDCCU, said Teresa Halleck, president/CEO.

“San Diego County Credit Union is a dynamic organization with tremendous growth potential. “The team is talented and experienced, and I know we will accomplish great things going forward,” Micale said.

Micale holds an accounting degree and an MBA from the University of Colorado and is a member of the CUNA CFO Council.
