The credit unions were honored at CU Direct's annual conference in Chicago in late May.
In the category of business development and dealer relations, Prevail Credit Union in Seattle and Hermantown Federal Credit Union in Hermantown, Minn., were presented with the CU Direct Best Practice Award.
