The $3 billion San Antonio Federal Credit Union is now offeringa new mobile banking and remote deposit checking service to its256,000 members.
|The big Texas credit union is using the MemberEdge mobilebanking solution from Wescom Resources Group of Pasadena, Calif.,and DeposZip mobile RDC from Vertifi Software LLC, a part ofEasCorp of Burlington, Mass.
|SACU is branding the joint mobile solution as GOTM and GoDepositand said the rollout phase supports native iPhone, iPad, Androidtablet and smartphone support, as well as SMS texting and a Webbrowser.
|“GO makes it easier for our members to transact their financialbusiness at the time and place of their choosing. Our strategy wasto provide mobile services that would meet our members' mobilebanking needs, no matter what device they prefer,” said SACUeServices Director Zandy Reinshagen said.
|WRG, a CUSO of the $2.4 billion Wescom Credit Union, has about225 credit union clients for its various products and services, including 68 using its mobile bankingoffering.
|Vertifi Software said it now provides image capture and otherservices to more than 200 financial institutions.
