All 19 branches of the $1.4 billion CFE Federal Credit Union accepted donations of books and clothing, and the credit union staff held a $5 to wear jeans day, as the Lake Mary, Fla., credit union went to work for two organizations: Kids Closet and Families in Transition. In all, a total of 1,170 clothing items and close to 1,000 new and gently used children's books, along with $300 to buy more, were donated.
