The $418 million Heritage Federal Credit Union in Newburgh,Ind., said it now is using the SilverCloud Breeze knowledgemanagement solution to serve its 42,000 members online.
|Questions are typed into a search box on the credit union'swebsite and 95% of them are able to be answered in real time,the credit union said.

|New Hampshire-based SilverCloud Systems provides knowledge management solutions tomore than 240 financial institutions. Heritage FCU's is the firstdeployment in southwest Indiana, the credit union said.
