The $726 million Texas Trust Credit Union in Mansfield, Texas,will be deploying branch and home capture and ATM imaging solutionsfrom VSoft Corp. of Atlanta, the company and credit union said.

Texas Trust will be outsourcing the solutions through VSoft'sdata center from its eight branches as well as its ATMs and homebanking interface.

The 58,000-member credit union said it selected VSoft fordeployment flexibility and integration with its Symitar Episys coresolution.

“VSoft offers an opportunity for a strategic partnership thatallows us to outsource all of our image processing tasks withoutchanging our business model,” said the credit union's chieffinancial officer, David Pickney.

VSoftsaid its software and services have now been used at more than1,900 financial institutions, transactions processors and othercustomers, including utilities, telecommunications companies,governments and retail organizations.
