NCUA Board Chairman Debbie Matz today opened registration forher second Listening Session, which will take place on May 9 from 1p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Westin Alexandria.

“We want to hear directly from credit union officials andvolunteers about how we can improve our examination process andreduce or streamline our regulations,” said Matz. “We're also opento hearing about any other actions we could take to achieve ourshared goal of a safe and sound credit union industry.”

  • May 2, 1-4 p.m., Boston, NCUA Region 1
  • May 9, 1-4 p.m., Alexandria, NCUA Region 2
  • June 5, 1-4 p.m., St. Louis, NCUA Region 4
  • June 12, 1-4 p.m., Orlando, NCUA Region 3
  • July 10, 1-4 p.m., San Diego, Region 2
  • July 31, 1-4 p.m., Denver, NCUA Region 5
