Lending Solutions Inc. plans to open a second contact center inMay to handle the company's unprecedented growth, its CEO said.
|The Naperville, Ill., center will be about 30 miles from LSI'sheadquarters in Elgin, Ill., and will also include a disasterrecovery site to provide dual offsite protection, said CEO LeeKolquist.
|The 20,000-square-foot operation will include 235 workstationsand help the company increaseits workforce to more than 400 by the end of 2012, Kolquistsaid.
|“Over the past several years, LSI has processed more loanapplications, answered more phone calls and completed morecustomer-service transactions at unprecedented numbers than at anytime during its 17-year history,” he said.
|The Elgin facility already has been expanded several times,Kolquist said.
|“Opening a second contact center will allow us to keeppace with our continued growth expectations while providing clientswith the same high level ofservice and support they've always received from LSI,” hesaid.
|More than 300 credit unions now use LSI for 24-hour lending andother member services, the company said.
