Lending Solutions Inc. plans to open a second contact center inMay to handle the company's unprecedented growth, its CEO said.

The Naperville, Ill., center will be about 30 miles from LSI'sheadquarters in Elgin, Ill., and will also include a disasterrecovery site to provide dual offsite protection, said CEO LeeKolquist.

The 20,000-square-foot operation will include 235 workstationsand help the company increaseits workforce to more than 400 by the end of 2012, Kolquistsaid.

“Over the past several years, LSI has processed more loanapplications, answered more phone calls and completed morecustomer-service transactions at unprecedented numbers than at anytime during its 17-year history,” he said.

The Elgin facility already has been expanded several times,Kolquist said.

“Opening a second contact center will allow us to keeppace with our continued growth expectations while providing clientswith the same high level ofservice and support they've always received from LSI,” hesaid.

More than 300 credit unions now use LSI for 24-hour lending andother member services, the company said.
