Dale Taratuta has been promoted to president/CEO of the $77million Georgia Heritage FCU in Savannah, Ga.
|Taratuta had been chief financial officer since joining the8,000-member credit union in February 2010.
|Taratuta has 30 years of experience at financial institutions,including 17 in management and eight at the executive level, theGeorgia Heritage board said.
|He had been vice president of finance at two credit unionsin Michiganand has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western MichiganUniversity and a master's degree in finance from Wayne StateUniversity, his board said.
|Georgia Heritage has two offices and is open to membership toanyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Chatham,Effingham or Bryan counties.
