PCSi said it has added five more credit unions as users of its item processing services.
They are the $1.9 billion Chartway FCU in Virginia Beach, Va.; $1.7 billion Grow Financial FCU in Tampa, Fla., $274 million CSE FCU in Lake Charles, La.; $230 million Envision CU in Tallahassee, Fla.; and $84 million NAE FCU in Chesapeake, Va.
“PCSi's ability to support multiple platforms, offer flexible settlement options and streamline back office processes have become very appealing to credit unions of all sizes seeking a new item processing solution,” said PCSi CEO Ed Culpepper.
PCSi is an affiliate of Palmetto Cooperative Services, a CUSO based in the Columbia, S.C., suburb of Irmo. The outsourcing operation said it also has launched a new website.
The company was created in June 2011 through the merger of Palmetto CooperativeServices and Cooperative Services Inc.'s item processing units. It now has 439 credit union clients in 22 states.
