|Parents at the San Jose, Calif., credit union will now be ableto enjoy many of their baby's firsts with the launch of the “Babiesin the Workplace” program.
|Effective March 1, staffers at the $346 million credit unionwill be allowed to bring their babies to work.
|According to Alliance CU, beyond the obvious baby bonding benefits, theprogram has been designed as a way to help alleviate the cost ofchildcare for the first several months while also reducing staffshortages and temporary staffing during pregnancy andchildcare-related leaves of absences.
