The videos – also available online – are intended for creditunions of all sizes, and CU*Answers, a Grand Rapids, Mich., coreprocessing CUSO, said it began developing the series as it saw theneed for improved dialogue between board members and their creditunion teams.

The CUSO said the entire series of video courses, 12 inall with each ranging from two to nine minutes, is available to anycredit union, whether a CU*Answers client or not, and may bedirectly accessed online.
