The $223 million Partner Colorado Credit Union has done itagain—the seventh year in a row that the suburban Denver CU hasbeen ranked in the top ten “Best Places to Work” by the DenverBusiness Journal.

Over the years, “we've seen a steady improvement in bothemployee and member satisfaction,” declared Sundie Seefried, president/CEO adding, “we've reduced employeeattrition and increased our member service scores.”

In recognizing Partner, the publication said the Arvada CUranked #6 in the medium-size company category citing the CU'srecord “in commitment” to employee well-being.

The Business Journal survey is conducted by Quantum Workplace tomeasure 40 attributes “determined to drive engagement.” Questions were broken down into 10 categories: team effectiveness,retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers,individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in seniorleaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.
