Cordray, a former Ohio attorney general, began serving in thepost last week after President Obama made a recess appointment, following repeated attempts by SenateRepublicans, who wanted a change in the agency's structure.

The CFPB is in an independent agency housed inside the FederalReserve. The webinar is set for 3 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Feb. 8,and registration is available online.
